Connecting you & I

1

Looking for help?

You may be struggling with anxiety or depression, relationship issues, body concerns, trauma, or you may simply know that there is more to life than what you’re currently experiencing.

2

Quick chat.

Drop me a line, and we will have a brief chat about what you’re facing and looking for, and we will set up a first session. If you’re more of a direct-action person, go ahead and book a session with me here.

3

First session.

During our first session, we’ll delve into your story a bit and talk about how therapy could work, getting to know one another. You’ll then be able to make a decision about how we work together.

"Since working with Kitt, I have been become more and more self assured and have developed a level of compassion for myself that had been lacking for many years."

FAQs

What happens in therapy?

Essentially, you and I have a conversation on a weekly basis. Therapy often (but not always) starts with a presenting issue - something that is causing you distress, reducing your enjoyment of life, interfering with your relationship. We work together to understand, using enquiry, compassion, exercises, imagery and other tools.

What is Psychosynthesis?

Psychosynthesis is holistic psychological approach, bringing together concepts from Gestalt, Humanistic, Archetypal, Existential, Jungian, Psychodynamic, Eastern Wisdom, and Developmental psychologies to help individuals deal with patterns of behaviour which prevent them from living life in a meaningful or fulfilling way.  Psychosynthesis therapists work to reduce suffering and reconnect individuals with who they really are; using experiential techniques, classical theory, and up to date neuroscientific theory to expand awareness and consciousness and encourage personal transformation.

How much does it cost and what about cancellation/rescheduling?

Sessions are £90 for a 50 minute session, which is typically weekly. I ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or time change requests.

How long is therapy?

Therapy with me is a longer term commitment - I ask clients to think of it as at least a 3 month working period and most clients continue for much longer. Many of my clients come looking for deeper discovery and change, and it simply takes that long. Having consistent weekly sessions keeps momentum and enables a holding relationship to grow. When you, the client, feel held and emotionally safe enough to connect to your feelings and unconscious, then change, growth and healing can really begin.

Weekly sessions are a real commitment to yourself and your process of growth and change.
