Therapy

Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, as well as techniques from art, music and drama therapy, guided imagery, mindfulness, journaling, and embodied techniques to help you achieve awareness, emotional balance and freedom.  

I work on a weekly and longer term (12 weeks or more) basis with clients.

Coaching

Targetted work, typically every two weeks, on business or work concerns. Assignments and accountability tracking.
